It has to be a punishment. The story is, Ammalia is the slave of Valerie, so she has to do everything she asks, but this time she didn’t cleaned the house for example. So Valerie tortures her. She has to be very mean to her ! So first Ammalia has to sit on a chair and dangle her flats, the mistress tickles her softly without removing the shoes. And then Valerie decides to go to a real punishment, and she ties Ammalia on the chair, feet under the chair, tied back, hands behind her back. And then gag her with a tape. And tickle her feet softly but cruelly, first with the shoes on, and then barefeet. It really has to look like a punishment, Ammalia has to beg for mercy, and playing the poor girl, but the mistress have to be mean, and she has to enjoy torturing her slave.
