Raquel Roper is a spy guarding a secret formula. She has been trying to keep it out of the hands of her arch nemesis Ginary but Ginary has captured her. Ginary has Raquel tied to the bed and insists the poor spy give up what she knows but Raquel refuses. Ginary begins to tickle Raquel's feet with a feather making her laugh and beg but she won't talk. Even when Ginary uses her bare fingers and the hairbrush Raquel wont break. Finally Ginary has has enough toying with Raquel she is determined to get the formula so she moves up and tickles Raquel's belly, sides, and armpits. Raquel screams with laughter and spills all her secrets.
