Rose has been newly committed to Feathergrove Mental Asylum for Severe Depression against her wishes.  She is cuffed from behind and being escorted by a security guard down a long scary hallway. Doctor -“Rose, you suffer from a severe form of depression. I’ve had You committed to Feathergrove Mental Asylum because you’re a serious threat to yourself.”
Rose -“Doctor I promise I’m doing ok I don’t need to be here”
Doctor -“Oh but you do, see I’ve found the perfect treatment for you, its called Stimulation therapy”. 
Rose -“What is Stimulation therapy and why is it so perfect for me?”
Doctor -“Well it’s experimental therapy focused on the soles of your feet.”
Rose begins to squirm around a little at the mention of her feet. 
Rose -“You’re going to do WHAT to my feet?!”
Doctor -“In layman terms, we’re going to tickle them.”
Rose -“Please doctor, don’t tickle my feet! Anything but that”.
Doctor -“Guard take her to the treatment room, I can’t wait to begin!”
Rose starts to struggle and continues to beg as she is taken from the doctor’s office and placed in a wheelchair and wheeled down the hall in the wheelchair struggling against her cuffs. Camera fades out once they turn the corner or get near the end of the hall.

Tickle Scene 1
The camera opens up to a creepy asylum exam room with Rose seated in a chair. Her hands are tied behind the chair. Ropes are wrapped around her securing her to the chair. One foot is propped up on a prop and tied tightly down to it. The other is untied and resting on the ground. The doctor comes in and wheels in a small table with an electric flossier, feathers, oil brushes and other tickle tools. He takes a blindfold out of his pocket and blindfolds Rose. He then grabs a few feathers off the table and goes to work. He slowly unties Rose’s shoe and removes it and then slowly removes her sock. He then takes the feathers and starts in on her foot. Rose tries to fight it but not allowing herself to laugh but a smile quickly forms across her face and easily gives into the tickling and begins to laugh. Rose has her foot tickled with feathers, fingers, electric flossier oil and brush, and whatever else tickler can use to keep her laughing. After a while, the feet are switched out and the process is repeated. After tickling both feet the doctor leaves to check on another patient.
Next scene opens up with the camera zoomed in and focused on Rose’s discarded shoes and socks. It then pans over to Rose’s Foot which is still propped up and waiting to be tickled again. After it staring at her foot for a sec the camera goes up to her body and to her head. You can see she is still blindfolded. Rose is able to break free of her bondage and puts on her socks and shoes and tries to escape stating “not letting these psychos tickle my feet anymore!”. She is caught sneaking around in the hallway by the staff of the asylum and they put her to sleep by placing a rag over her face and nose. She is placed in a straitjacket and carried away. 

Tickle Scene 2
Tickled Again Rose wakes up on her back on a massage table that is raised up so she is almost sitting position.  More like she is in a reclined seating position. She is blindfolded and has noise canceling ear muffs on. She has heavy straps securing her to the table above her knees and below her knees. Her ankles are tied and anchored down to the table to prevent movement. Her feet are slightly elevated for better access. The Doctor comes in and removes one shoe and sock and then the other shoe and sock. He then ties Rose’s big toes together. After that, he then takes a second to find the perfect feather and begins to tickle Rose’s feet with it.  Again Rose tries to be tough and fails very badly laughing almost right away. Rose gets her feet worked over by all the good tickling tools that keep her laughing as hard as possible.
“Please stop tickling my feet, please no more!”…
