Tri-State Women’s Correctional Facility is suspected of mistreating its inmates. Special investigator, Jasper Reed, goes undercover to get to the bottom of things. Disguised as an inmate, Jasper confirms suspicions that prisoners are strapped down at night, so that the guards can freely ignore them, to do as they please!
However, what Jasper didn’t expect is the facility’s policy of “preventive discipline”, which has somehow succeeded, in making model prisoners of its inmates. She gets an unexpected lesson in it, when Officer Lilac Sphinx tickles her bound, helpless feet! Apparently, each inmate is subjected to foot-tickling torture, every night! The duration depends on how well they behaved, during the day! It could be anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour!
Jasper howls and cackles, with crazed laughter! Her pretty, pampered feet flail about as her wiggly toes, clench, flex and squirm! It’s an absolute nightmare for her, but Lilac revels in her ticklish suffering! Fingernails, feathers and the hairbrush teach Jasper a lesson in proper prisoner behavior, before she even has a chance to make trouble! And as bad as this is, for Jasper, this is only her first day, of a five-day assignment! Will she be able to handle four more days of this? Stay tuned for part 2!
