The clip starts out with Ms. Addams still in her straitjacket locked in a cage. She keeps protesting she is not crazy and wants to be let go. She uses her skillful bare feet to get out of the cage and she stumbles along outside. Evil nurse Rose Holland finds her, grabs her and scolds her for her dirty feet. It cuts to her sitting up strapped down to a table, her big toes are tied together, and each of her little toes are tied attached to the table. Rose has various brushes and warm soapy water at the ready to punish her for getting her feet dirty. Rose will make sure she never tires to escape again.
