Special Agent Nyssa wants to meet with her new partner Indica to talk about how to capture Indica’s evil twin Karly. The Twin Sisters used to work together before Indica decided to switch teams and work for the good guys. They were terrorizing the whole city with robberies, blackmailing, etc.

Indica has made a deal with the FBI. If she helps to arrest her sister, she’ll get away penalty-free. She knows that her sister bugged the phone in their old hideout so she sets up fake meeting with Special Agent Nyssa to plan her sisters arrest.

Nyssa goes to the meeting spot knowing that Karly probably already is waiting for her, and they were right. Soon Nyssa is captured, all tied up and barefoot and when Indica doesn’t show up Karly starts interrogating Nyssa for the whereabouts of Indica. Indica and Nyssa knew that Karly would probably interrogate her but she’s very surprised when Karly raises a Feather and starts tickling her bare feet! She wasn’t prepared for this kind of torture. Nyssa is incredibly ticklish but endures the torture until Indica arrives.

Indica sneaks up behind Karly and knocks her out, then tries to untie Nyssa, but Karly gets up and over powers her. Now both Nyssa and Indica are tied up, bare foot and at the mercy of Karly. But Karly has NO MERCY! She uses those colorful parrot feathers to tickled their bare soles over and over, scolding Indica for switching sides on her! Telling them both that they will have to join her evil side! As much as both of them struggle, they can not break free of Karly’s bonds. Karly drags the feather up and down their soles, in-between each and every toe, sending them both over the edge with laughter and begging. The tip of the feather, both of its sides and the quill, attack their feet with an intense tickle torture. Both women are howling, begging for it to stop, but only Karly has the control and she’s not going to stop until she gets what she wants.
