Justin is the class bully and he usually has Toby do his homework and papers for him but this time around Dustin got an F on his report and he wants to teach Toby a lesson. In order for Toby to put more effort into Dustin’s homework, Dustin feels he must be punished properly and has him in stocks. He torments his body and bare feet and shows him no mercy whatsoever and pretty much manhandles him.
