Chi Chi loves to punish pretty blonde girls, especially the really pretty ones like Niki Lee Young. Chi Chi likes to tickle blondes with lick tickling, but she doesn’t like the taste of feet, so she has devised her own method of punishing and tickling. She first puts whip cream all over Niki’s soles, licking it off which drives Niki insane, especially when she licks and sucks the cream off her toes. Next Chi Chi likes to use peanut butter, all over the soles. Niki cannot take Chi Chi’s lickles but Chi Chi is totally enjoying herself and doesn’t want to stop until all the peanut butter is gone.
