Indica has made a deal with the FBI. If she helps to arrest her sister, she’ll get away penalty-free. She knows that her sister bugged the phone in their old hideout so she sets up fake meeting with Special Agent Nyssa to plan her sisters arrest.
Nyssa goes to the meeting spot knowing that Karly probably already is waiting for her, and they were right. Soon Nyssa is captured, all tied up and barefoot and when Indica doesn’t show up Karly starts interrogating Nyssa for the whereabouts of Indica. Indica and Nyssa knew that Karly would probably interrogate her but she’s very surprised when Karly raises a Feather and starts tickling her bare feet! She wasn’t prepared for this kind of torture.
