I tickle one of them until they tell me where to tickle the other person at, and we go back and forth for most of the rest of the clip. Near the end, I free each of their arms, and let them tickle each other while I’m tickling them.

So. This is the script.
You can start the clip with the girls walking down the street while the tickler/stalker is following them. Then he jumps and kidnaps them and the next scene is them tied up and ready to be tickled.
The position is them sitting on a chair with arms tied in a box-tie and they are blindfolded.
Angel is sitting on the right and Barbara is sitting to the left, from the ticklers perspective.
Angel’s right foot and Barbara’s left foot are proped up in front of them and tied by the ankle. Their shoes and socks are still on.
In the video only one foot is getting tickled, to make the torture more focused and intense.
All in all, the pose is similar to the classic April O’Neill being tickled in the TMNT cartoon 😀
Then the tickler first tickles the foot with the sock on for a few min, then he takes the sock off and tickles the bare foot.
Use various tools, going on the soles, between the toes and just all over the feet.
You can add in some dialogue if you wish, maybe like an interrogation, asking them questions but they refuse to answer so it gets more torture an so on.
