Naomi has a seriously overdue book from the library and Librarian Dava has come over to her house to collect. Naomi burned the book and has no intentions of paying anything for it, so she leads Dava to where the book supposedly is only to capture her, get her in the stocks, and tickle her into letting her get off without any fine at all.
