Hello. I have three files that did not complete their download and are now showing with clip number only, not a name. How can I search out these files to finish them? I have no idea which company they were under or would be. Thank you for any suggestions you can make.

I paid for premium plus account which claims it would download in minutes. I’m downloading a 574mb file and it says it’s going to take 21 hours and is only at 2mb downloaded after 7 minutes. My internet connection is NOT that slow as I can stream fine and download other files fine. Just having problems on this site. If that is how long it’s going to take I would like a refund please.
