Andy and I had been in contact for a long time talking about meeting and having a tickle session. He was eager to show me how well he could tickle me and claimed to be able to tickle me like no other has. He was correct!! Our timings worked out and we were able to make it happen. In October 2019 I made a trip to the USA and visited several states, Charlotte NC being one of them. this is where I had the pleasure of meeting with Enticingtootsies.
