Pepper is back in the hot seat, stretched out tight with arms bound together overhead. Her belly and armpits are totally exposed to the evil tickler Edith. Edith giggles as she walks her fingers up Pepper’s belly and wiggles them in her helpless underarms. Meanwhile Pepper is squirming and squealing, trying to get away. At one point she does break free and I hop in to hold Pepper down while Edith does her thing. Pepper is trying to get away and unintentionally flips herself over, revealing new ticklish spots. Edith taunts the poor girl as she explores every bit of her body. I honestly had no idea that she would make such a good tickler.
