Karly Salinas is ditching swim practice to go to a pool party and her teammate Vanessa Rain is not happy about it. Vanessa puts Karly in a sleeper hold and when Karly wakes up she is strapped into a tickle chair. Vanessa tells Karly she needs to be punished for letting the team down. She peels of Karlys shoes and ties up her toes so Karly is completely trapped. Vanessa proceeds to tickle Karly’s feet with her fingers, a feather and an electric toothbrush. Karly squeals with laughter and tries to squirm in the chair. Vanessa works her way up to Karly’s belly, sides and armpits. Karly thrashes and pleads for the tickling to stop but Vanessa isn’t sure Karly has learned her lesson. She continues her tickle torture until Karly promises to never skip practice again.
