Charlee Chase is such an awesome victim! She's usually the tickler but every once in a while, the tables are turned and she is the ticklee. Besides his fingers, Elijah also uses an an electric toothbrush which she finds to be super ticklish, especially after he rubs lotion all over her already super sensitive feet! He glides the vibrating bristles of the device back and forth against her arches, heels and sides of her feet. He uses it and tickles underneath and in between her toes, driving Charlee crazy as she suffers hysterically in agony. Charlee is left nearly in tears by the time he decides he's finished with her.
