For some time now, there's been a rash of untraceable breaches into the university Records & Transcripts Network. This has led to many complaints from students and their parents that grades are being inexplicably marked down, putting academic careers and hopes in jeopardy. The IT department has suspected that it was the work of a hacker known only as 4Q, but they remained powerless to stop the hacker until now.
